Sid Tapaswi - Maths & Science
With over 15 years of teaching experience, Sid brings passion and expertise to every lesson, making Maths and Science concepts engaging and easy to understand. An IIT Kanpur graduate (B.Tech.) and MBA from Melbourne Business School, Sid transitioned from a successful career in IT to pursue his true passion - teaching. He not only sparks students’ interest in the subject but also trains them to think logically and approach complex problems with clarity and confidence.
Shalu Tapaswi - Managing Partner
Shalu combines her background in psychology with years of experience in leadership and planning to guide and inspire students at 3SN Education. With a Bachelor's in Psychology from Indraprastha College and a Master’s in Psychology from Delhi University, she brings both expertise and empathy to her role. Having taught Organisation Behaviour at the Indian Institute of Learning Management, Shalu is passionate about motivating students to realise their potential, build confidence, and approach learning with a positive mindset.
Rupa Datar - Primary Teacher
Rupa has a background in biological sciences from Mumbai University and a Master’s in Business Management. After a few years in corporate she has been a private tutor for the last 15 years. With experience across literacy, numeracy, reading comprehension she tries to make learning engaging and enjoyable. Whether the students need extra help, enrichment or a confidence boost . She is committed to helping them thrive academically and personally.
Talise Xu - English Teacher
Talise completed the HSC in 2024 with an ATAR of 99.30, achieving 96 in English Advanced, English Extension, and Visual Arts, as well as a Band 6 in Extension 1 Mathematics. A former 3SN Education student, she discovered a deep love for English and literature during her studies and is passionate about sharing that enthusiasm with her students. Talise strives to inspire them to see English not just as a subject, but as a way to think critically, express themselves, and achieve their personal best. She is currently studying Physiotherapy at UNSW.
Roshini Nadimpalli - English Teacher
Roshini is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Economics with a Minor in Mathematics and Accounting at The University of New South Wales, after achieving a Band 6 in English Advanced and E4 results in English Extension 1 and English Extension 2. From Year 7, Roshini had a passion for reading and writing, harnessing it as an outlet for her creativity and critical thinking. In Year 12, she was given the opportunity to undertake an independent research project in the form of a 5000 word critical essay and a 1500 word reflection statement, choosing to pursue her interests in feminist writing by crafting a thesis on the transition from divine intervention to human agency through a patriarchal lens in Indian storytelling. After years of refining her craft, she developed a deep understanding of textual analysis, essay construction and exam strategy, important skills that she now passes on to her students.
Cindy Tang - Tutor
Cindy Tang is currently a 2nd year student undertaking a double degree of Bachelor of Actuarial studies and Commerce at the University of New South Wales. In 2024, she completed the HSC with an ATAR of 99.20 with a Band 6 in Physics, Chemistry, English Advanced along with E4 in Ext 1 and Ext 2 Mathematics. With her past few years of experience at 3SN Education, Cindy aims to aid the students in academic fields within a passionate learning environment.
Dominic Sebastian - Tutor
Dominic is a former 3SN student who graduated from Normanhurst Boys High School in 2025 with an atar of 99.10. He achieved Band 6 results in Physics, Chemistry, and English Advanced, as well as E4s in Mathematics Extension 1 and Mathematics Extension 2. He is currently a first-year student at UNSW, studying Commerce and Actuarial Studies. Having recently completed the HSC and experienced 3SN’s teaching approach firsthand, Dominic has a strong understanding of both the syllabus demands and the strategies required to perform at a high level.
Vedika Rampal - Consultant/Advisor
Vedika has taught English to students in Years 7–12 for the past eight years and is now heading to the Royal College of Art to pursue her Master’s degree. A recipient of multiple academic awards, including a University Medal and the prestigious Ramsay Postgraduate Scholarship, she has guided many students in developing their critical thinking, reading, and writing skills. Her teaching has helped them gain fresh perspectives and ignite their empathetic imagination. She now continues to contribute in an advisory role at 3SN Education.
Nishka Tapaswi - Consultant/Advisor
Nishka Tapaswi is a senior resident doctor at Concord Hospital. She completed her medicine degree in 2023 and was awarded the University Medal. She has been an integral part of 3SN Education team since 2017. She represented Australia in International Physics Olympiad and won a silver medal. Over the years with her knowledge and skill, she has taught and helped many primary and high school students to achieve their personal best.
